What would you highlight about Villa belvedere
Relaxing stay in comfortable surroundings.
The villa is in a very quiet location. The layout of the villa is excellent with lots of space so that you are not on top of each other all of the time. The Taxi into various parts of Malta were reaonably priced and the excurcion we did was excellent. Communictaion from the Villa owners was excellent through out and we would highly recomend using them
This isn't a fault of the villa at all, but just for info, there are a lot of stairs a couple of our party struggled with the number of stairs. The only other small issue was the booking of taxis, often there wasn't one vehicle big enough for us all, so e had to pay for two vehicles.

What would you highlight about Villa belvedere
Enjoyable
The property accommodated us and our needs. The villa was close to local amenities and was well situated to get around the island easily so it made our stay enjoyable. It’s a nice and big space for large groups to use without feeling cramped. Jane was nice enough to accommodate a late checkout at no cost which was gracious of her.
There was the issue of the AC units not working in some rooms despite having paid for the heating/cooling token. There was also an issue whereby the sliding door on the main floor didn’t lock so it left my guests feeling a little concerned as anyone could access the building and our rooms. However as Malta is quite safe everyone was ok with it. Raised the concern to Jane who said she’d get it fixed before the next guests arrived.

Very comfortable property for a large number of people, fantastic views, well connected with buses
Incredible views of St Julian and sea. Good comfortable facilities, spacious.
